Established since 2013, our core focus was purely project management of technology projects, combining experience of a strong team. Through partnerships we successfully expanded our services to support the core roles of a typical project including project management, business analysis and change management, in addition to wider consultancy services. This strongly positioned us to streamline our services within the Legal industry, dedicating our knowledge and experience within the sector providing IT consultancy and project delivery services within various law firms. IManage ClouD rollout
Considered as one of the largest iManage Cloud migrations across the Legal industry, globally.
Our largest engagement has been with a 'Magic Circle' firm with huge global presence. Undertaking Technology Project Management for its largest programme in 10 years, following a successful implementation we were awarded a contract to manage and own the full global deployment of the system to all 8000 users across 32 global offices.
intapp time cloud
Assigned by a ‘Magic Circle’ firm to take full ownership of the deployment of Intapp Time across all fee earners (approx. 5000 users). Managing the runbook cutover to coordinate all technical teams, vendors and change managers to execute all migration tasks in a seamless manner.
imanage
work 10 upgrade
Assigned by a one of the largest offshore firms to upgrade their current legacy FileSite to iManage Work 10. We managed all aspects of the project, including technical resources, vendors and change management. This was a significant change for all users given the significant interface changes, which was managed via a carefully constructure business change and training programme.
New hr system
Implementation of SuccessFactors as the selected platform to replace a legacy system. The firm requested our involvement to oversee a troubled project which lacked structure and wasn’t heading down the right course for an expected imminent Go-live. We instilled project management, and created a structure for technical resources to work with, having daily standup calls to ensure progress is carefully managed. A training and comms workstream was added to complete the project scope. We were delighted the project was delivered on time to meet the baselined planned.
